"Absolutely excellent service! The store closes at nine and I got there around 8:15. I didn’t feel any pressure to rush. None of the associates were making announcements that they were closing. They were very friendly… The clearance sales were unbelievable the store was very well organized for a big lots. I was very impressed, they seem to have a lot more different product than the one on Hillsboro Avenue or citrus Park but I just happen to be near Clearwater so I stopped over there when I got to the cashier. I asked if I could use both my coupons and she explained that yes it was a possibility And broke it down for me as to how I could use both of them -I really hope I’m reading her name correctly on the receipt as Traci R. She was so super friendly, beautiful smile just seem genuinely happy to have a job and to be working and provided excellent customer service in my opinion. Thank you Traci!"

"I would give 0 stars if possible. Management does not understand the the Americans with Disabilities Act. He was combative and unaccepting of even meeting with a nonverbal person even though they were hiring for a position that this person could easily do. I'll never go to this place or possibly any big lots again."
