"Echoing a post from a year ago. Repeat scenario. Normally fine service, friendly staff including Cecilia and others, but again yesterday the pharmacy was closed due to staffing issues. We had an antibiotic to pick up and today they can’t find the orders from the MD. It was on their voicemail from the day before. 3 visits and a day later I was finally able to get the prescription. I am shocked that there is no system in place to ensure a substitute pharmacist or recovery plan for an emergency work outage."

"Fabulous Walgreens! Every need that the common beach goer could ever need. Including cold beer. Cool 2 story layout with modern cooler with LED screens. Great place to get some water as you walk up the strip just a couple blocks from the beach."

"We are from Oklahoma and have never seen a two story Walgreens. The outside of the store is clean and beautiful. The inside is clean and very well organized. We figured out if you are looking to spend the least amount of money on souvenirs, Walgreens has a great selection. They carry a lot of the same items only less in cost. There drink selection has some awesome display doors. Something I have never seen before. They are very hi tech like something out of a movie. The upstairs has your makeup and pharmacy area along with other great gift ideas. We found gifts here for our family back home. They also have a wine and beer cave area as well. I recommend going here if you are looking for just about anything."

"Not good for a flagship. I know what the company wants to display to its customers and Clearwater didn't blow me away in the least. The Beauty Consultant is supposed to be laser focused on customer service, however on this trip she was instead putting away truck. We walked right by her in the make up section and she ignored us. I walked into the same aisle as their assistant store manager and she didn't help me at all even though I looked confused on purpose. The two star rating is for their selection and in stock condition. Whatever they are doing with their counts and inventory management it's working. The CSA at the front register was also very kind and got us checked out very quickly. I appreciated the customer care that she provided."
