"As I am looking through houses and apartments online to purchase in moving away from the city. But it brings be back some - 6 years ago when I was homeless, in a shelter with a veteran housing voucher. I needed help finding an apartment to rent to have an actual place to continue my schooling. I remember after explaining my situation, one of the clients put me on to her manager. This woman was rude beyond measure. With every sentence she shouted in a such a blood curdling intonation of anger. Perhaps she misunderstood me as an uneducated pleb trying to "get over on the system" given my temporary disposition. Albeit understandable of the assumption, is not justifiable. I was only a struggling student trying to seek help regarding my living situation. Nevertheless the long term impact has me writing this review as a word of caution for those thinking about this organization. Coldwell banker, Zillow, please, look elsewhere. Just not this place."

"I can honestly say this business is a terrible place. They are not top. 10 in rentals or overall business if it is show us proof with link. I along with 10 other people joined their 5 day "bond university " at $350 pp, (shame on me for not knowing better ) which turned out to be a bunch of useless information and sometimes would just be 1 hour a day. It was a scam and so is this brokerage. Just stick with the actual big firms, and youll be ok"

"Their agent Jonathan Gomez is extremely unprofessional, rude, and needs a course on customer service. He called me mean names and acted like an immature child when I inquired about available apartments. I wonder what his attitude says about the company as a whole."
