"This is an easy review as the room was wonderful and the service, Marcus Morales, was the best ever! We were there on a busy weekend in NYC and Marcus made us feel like visiting royalty. We are def going back! Ubers were easy to catch, the hotel had a cool vibe, the room was big and comfortable and the service - again, the best I have had in NY."

"Hotel is reminiscent of old NY charm, very vintage vibe. But the true star of this hotel is it's location, its right in the heart of SOHO Manhattan VERY close to major shopping! The room was a good size for a single traveling, maybe tight for 2 people but it is NY! The live music on Saturdays make it a little loud, and you can easily hear the noise outside. But keeping that all in mind, this is a solid SOHO hotel."
"We loved our stay at the Soho Grand! Our room was beautiful and extremely comfortable. The bed and pillows were a dream. Everyone was helpful and friendly during check-in and check-out. The hotel is in a great location - near several restaurants and bars on our itinerary. We also ate at the Soho Diner and it was delicious! We will definitely return soon."
"The place is unmatched. It’s as cool as it is fancy, and it is as friendly as it is chic. Such a dream come true. Every inch of the place is photo worthy for a Super cool pic. People are so incredibly friendly, and the food and drink are amazing. Be sure to eat at the Soho diner anytime of day. We simply posted a picture… Taken by the incredibly friendly Doorman… and our friends and family have been raving about the Soho grand! It is simply the coolest place and completely worth staying there. She says that it is mission-driven, and so customer focused. Such an experience."
