"I took my son's Subaru there over the Summer to have an extra key made and programmed .They did a good job with the car But as far as dealing with people not so much. The older gentleman behind the counter got real nasty with me when I was talking to him, I think I might have accidentally distracted him while he was reading and I didn't mean to do that but he sure let me know about it. I found that to be very unprofessional, If he wouldn't have cut the key I would have walked out and went elsewhere. I do have other options but he was just close at the time, Honestly I probably won't go back and I think I'd rather pay a dealer ,They'll take your money but at least they treat you nice to your face haha. The only reason I'm writing this post is because I was just talking to a friend of mine who had a similar experience at this location and that doesn't seem to be the way a customer should be treated when they patronize your business."
