"RUDE SERVICE. Called in looking for tie rod ends for a 66 Nova. The counter associate then started repeating what i said in a mockery tone. Then proceeds to look up the wrong vehicle in which i corrected them. Again with the mockery tone in from what i said. they read off the list to me of vehicles in which i said its a 66 nova or a 66 chevy II. They said they could not find it and asked for a plate number. the vehicle does not have a plate because its not on the road. Counter associate proceeds to say this is becoming difficult and laughs with other associates. I repeated are you sure there's no chevy II in the system? They finally "found it" and said there is no listing. this whole phone call lasted 15-20 minutes. such a waste of time. i feel mocked, and disrespected."

"I can’t thank Luke and his team for going ABOVE and BEYOND for me in a serious time of need!!!! My car was about to cease , Luke and the team identified that I needed an alternator belt, then the part was in the store . When they were staffed ( no problem at all!!!!!!) they sent someone to go to the warehouse to go get the belt ( this blew me away!!!!!!!, they could have easily told me tough it will be in, in x amount of time) because of their out standing customer service they saved me thousands and huge headache, I can’t thank you guys enough , truly!!!! Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
