"Our furnace had an issue at some point from late Saturday until Sunday morning. We noticed at 8:30 am the house was at 62 degrees. Called Philco, and he called back 10 minutes later to discuss the problem. He was to us in West Seneca by 10:30. He found that our ignition was faulty, had the part, fixed it and had us back up and running by 11:15. Great work again. He fixed a faulty switch back on the Saturday of the 7 foot snow storm in 2014 (fixed while we shoveled off the roof). Thanks again, and we will continue to recommend you to everyone we know."
