I didn’t expect much because it was already 4:30 PM and the business closes at 5 PM. Joe was fabulous! Clearly, he knows what Customer service is! He listened to my problem and ease md my mind when he said, “we will take care of it.” Within a half an hour the tire was repaired and we were on our way.
