"Called , answered . They were nice n tried to help me troubleshoot my washer didn’t work so set up a service call at my business next day . NO SHOW. NO CALL. NO ANSWER . I was so upset in my busy day my customers are like they’ll show up ,nope. Left 2 messages. Guy calls next am , he says, is anyone going to be there this morning we can come over I said forget it you were supposed to be here yesterday and I scheduled someone else more reliable. I wouldn’t recommend . don’t waste your time."

"I called Kelly's after searching online. Was very pleased to learn they were close to our house and were even able to come out the same day I called (I think I got lucky there). Nick came out and diagnosed an issue with our dryer. A part needed to be ordered and once it was in, he promptly came back a and got us up an running. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Glad to have discovered this local business."
