"With all do respect this gym is no good!!!!! When I ask for paper towels to dry my hands the guy that was working the front took me to this machine that blows out air, I'm not going to be by the machine for 30mins to get dried. The gym is to tight !!!! By far the worst experience! Also the music, nothing but Spanish songs like if I was at a Spanish bar. The WORST!!! Prices are to much for a cluttered gym!"

"The receptionist in the afternoon was very rude, the worst. When you ask her if they can fix the damaged machines, she answers that it is not possible because the owner does not want to, and when you want to pay for just one day, she says that it is not possible, you can only enter by paying the full membership for 1 year. Most of the machines are broken they do not provide alcohol disinfectant to clean the machines The door to the men's bathroom is no longer there, there is no way to go to the bathroom. The lockers are very dirty and broken and with cockroaches.The air doesn't work very hot in the summer now, the bathroom, the worst thing is only people's urine on the floor, they do not put soap in the bathroom, the floor of the folders on the floor is all broken, anyone can fall. I WONDER WHY THERE IS NO CHANGE WITH SO MANY COMMENTS DEMANDING A CHANGE?"

"This gym is so bad not even worth coming here no more. The cleaning lady with short hair she’s Colombian is a rude disrespectful lady. I was stretching out and she was cleaning but instead of asking me to move somewhere else she literally broom my shoes and stand there looking at me with a rude face . The receptionist ANI is another disrespectful lady literally does not provide GOOD customer service . HALF OF THE MACHINESeven don’t work those machines been 8 to 12 years old and they’re not functioning great anymore when is the owner planning to bring new ones ? Membership is so expensive for them not to fix the machines or even bring new ones not worth coming here !!! Workers are so disrespectful"

"I did a day pass and want to say these employees are doing great things. They are all nice, sweet, encouraging, and upbeat. I love the variety of equipment and atmosphere. This neighborhood has been on the news a lot but the gym is a safe haven from the outside. Wonderful place to work out!!"

"More than a month ago, I asked the receptionist nicely if they could fix the Leg Extension Machine and she replied me that they will no fix it because next day will be broken again. Must of the equipment is rusty, under the Dumbbells racks is always dirty, toilet smells very bad, you can't lock the lockers because they are broken. This week 2 cables are broken and they put a hand writing ad saying that the machine is Out of service. doors in the mens restroom are rusty. he receptionist asked me if I will renew my membership. Definitely, I will switch to Planet or Blink Fitness. Also, Manager never is there."
