"I'm a big fan of this nice clothes and I usually I do my shop at this very location because it's so convenient to me but today 01/28/2023 the "manager" or whatever is called it; she was just harassment me and followed me from a couple jeans that I picked at the second floor, she followed me until the cashier probably to make sure to pay for it... I just dropped it and get to a different location. My experience very disappointed."

"The manager Marcos saved my Sunday! So I had locked myself out of my apartment and had plans to meet a friend for brunch and a show today. Walking into the gap in a tank top, yoga pants, flip flops and my cell phone, Marcos brilliantly brainstormed a way for me to purchase clothes for the day. He went above and beyond. As a concierge at a 4 star hotel in Manhattan I appreciate truly GREAT customer service, Marcos went above and beyond and as finished helping me said his only wish was that me and my friend had a great day. What great human being! I will be a loyal customer due to his extremely excellent service!"
