"When I got pregnant, I knew I wanted to continue working out and safely. I heard Pilates was great for pregnancy and found out that there was a Pilates studio nearby. I called the owner, Jodi, to inquire about classes and let her know I was pregnant. She mentioned she’s had experience giving classes to pregnant ladies and that I could come take a demo class to try it out. I had a good feeling about her, so I gave it a go and I’m so glad I did. Jodi’s classes are intimate with about 8 people, which is nice because it’s structured in a way that can be modified for beginners, preggos, and those who are more advanced in their training all in one class! I was not limited to taking a specific class at a specific day, and we were all able to workout together without missing a beat. She is so knowledgeable and personable; going to class was always fun and one of the highlights of my day. I was able to take classes from three weeks into my pregnancy until just about a month and a half before I gave birth. I probably could have gone longer, but mama was getting tired! Kat was also amazing at training me when I was pregnant. After I gave birth and came back, I met Alexa and Rose. I enjoyed their classes so much and felt so challenged taking their classes. If you’re interested in taking Pilates, this studio does not disappoint! It’s so worth it!! Love you all and miss you!"
