"I can absolutely recommend joining this gym. The classes and instructors are all truly amazing. There are a wide variety of classes and equipment to meet your fitness interests and goals. The app is easy to use and displays the classes & times, which you book up to 8 days in advance to reserve spots in classes. I mainly train with Lance, and he’s great. I also enjoy classes with Vanessa, Fabricio, and Jon. They are patient and take the time to throughly explain everything and answer any questions you have. I started off as a beginner knowing basically nothing (a little intimidated), but the coaches, and even members, were very patient and explained things to me, which made me feel more and more comfortable each week. There is a lot of energy in all of the classes with great music playing, which makes it fun. I’ve been a member for about 2 months now and have noticed a difference in my body. The coaches push and encourage you, and I also love how nice everyone is in general. The gym members are friendly and it’s a lovely community of people with similar interests and goals. It’s great to hype each other up and encourage one another in the classes. It’s exciting to see yourself progress each week, and it’s totally worth joining.
