"Upon arrival my husband and i were greeted by a gentleman at the front of the store folding clothes. As head back to feet wear, my husband found a pair that he wanted and we looked over at a rep chatting up with coworker but we still asked for a size. The rep repeated our order and came out with two pairs that were different style than the one we wanted and a completely different size. When we told him that he brought out the incorrect style and size he frustratedly went to the back to checked to see if they had it. The rep showed lack of eye contact and basic customer service skills. He would cut us off and walk away as were trying work and see what options they had. Every time he went to the back you could still hear him chatting away with his coworker. What made thing worse is that it seemed like he was annoyed by having to fo back and forth to check on the item we wanted. His tone and body language while speaking with us was not welcoming. Had he spent the five minutes focused on helping us correctly he would not have to go to the back four times. My husband and i walked out with zero help from anyone else on the floor."

"Insane prices. My husband and I were looking at shoes for 10 or 15 minutes while there were no other customers in the store, and we were not greeted or offered help by anyone. There were numerous employees."

"The young lady at the store thought my daughter was stealing. Because she had a lot of bags. I proceeded to take my daughter bags and walk outside of the store. She looks with puzzling look on her face because she was not aware that I was with her. She was so much on her phone talking about my daughter that she didn’t know we were together. She described what my daughter had on and everything. Just terrible. Employees need to stay off their phone in front of customers."
