"Guy at the “embroider” section was the worst I have yet to encounter at a retail store. Not sure if he was having a bad day or just doesn’t like people but man really couldn’t answer a simple question of “can I pay here?” Without an attitude. If you hate it there, leave man. I had to transactions there for Christmas shopping and the 2 other guys who helped me were really polite especially dealing with annoying customers ahead of me. Hope you guys have a great holiday"

As well answered my questions about the jersey. It was my birthday gift to myself so it meant a lot. Above and beyond exceptional service."

"The wall of New York product is absolutely awesome! We arent from here so getting merchandise of the team we support was super cool! The entire shop is absolutely huge. This is probably the biggest lids I've ever seen. The staff is super helpful and able to answer questions while making product which was nice to see. The check out is a bit weird, I don't like giving my email. I would have liked a printed receipt."

"I like this “Lids”! It’s one of the biggest stores in the east coast. There have a large stock of merchandise from Hats to jerseys, trading cards and souvenir. You will definitely find your favorite team! Most of the staff is good and I’ve never have had a bad experience. I do think they need to train a few of the young employees there, especially the young man I met today with the braids. He didn’t do nothing major but he didn’t have a welcoming feeling towards him and had a attitude for no apparent reason. But I guess everybody has an off day. But I will be coming back to shop hopefully next time the manager is there."
