First of all, I didn’t ask for her opinion, 2nd of all, Foot Locker is lucky I continued with my purchase because I could’ve easily walked out and purchased the sneakers else where."

"I went to this Footlocker location to buy my first pair of Crocs Echo clogs. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had to ask the same guy to get me 3 different sizes til we found the right pair. His attitude was great, and he wasn't bothered at all. I appreciate that he took the time and effort to help me make the sale. My ONLY complaint is that there are NO first responder discounts and no discounts in store for vip members for their birthday. I was quite disappointed by this even though I still paid the full price for my Crocs. My thought is that, if you go the extra mile to make your customers come back, by giving a discount for certain things like being a first responder or a birthday discount, it's going to push me to WANT to keep spending my money in your store. A little bit goes a long way.. Over-all, it was a good experience. I gotnwhat I want and for the price I knew I was going to pay."

"If 0 stars was an option I would’ve clicked it. This store has the rudest employees. I walked in and was waiting for like 20 minutes trying to get an employee to help me find a pair of shoes I wanted to exchange. Mind you I try to get the attention of 3 different employees and each one kept walking by. Finally after getting an employee to assist me, he went to the back to check and then never came back to me. I saw him assisting other customers and never came to tell me if he had the shoes or anything. The employees at this location have horrible customer service skills. Finally after leaving i went to champs to see if they had the shoe. After speaking to a champs employee they told me that foot locker did indeed have the shoe and to just go down and do the exchange. When I get downstairs the lady at the register was extremely rude. I had told her that champs had sent me down to exchange my shoes. She in a rude tone said well did you get the shoes you wanted to exchange. And I had tried to explain to her that I didn’t speak to anyone due to the champs employee sending me down. While she had someone check, and I guess they couldn’t find any. Which was strange considering I had literally just left champs. And then when I proceeded to ask her if there was any way I could just return them, she was still rude. And honestly I just felt like for their employees to have such an attitude when all I was trying to do was an exchange. It’s beyond ridiculous, tried calling the location and neither of their numbers worked. Management should work on fixing that situation would’ve preferred to speak to a manger rather then leaving a google review."
