"I wasn’t going to leave a review but what happened today was over the line, I asked for a size 6 kids NB 574. They got me a 6.5 wrong size, I asked for a 6 again, I already had one shoe from the display that was a size 6, 35 mins later waiting very patiently, I decided to walk out even though I was very nice to them the entire time. They could not find anything in the back of house. No one bothered to even apologies. So I order the sneakers online, on JD’s website. I get it today, box is half broken, sneakers were dirty in the box, not even in the correct order. First and last time I buy from here. Never again."

"this place has the worst customer service i’ve ever experienced at a sneaker store. nobody is willing to help you besides one girl that had jordan 11’s on and an essentials hoodie. she needs to be promoted to store manager because she was the only nice and respectful worker. everyone else looked so displeased with having to do their job. the management needs to clearly be changed"

"Worst shopping experience in a long time. They shipped me 1 sneaker and haven't replied to my emails and they dont actually have a customer support team. Just a machine that says your order has been shipped. Have you ever tried to return 1 sneaker? Short their stock, they will out of business soon."

"I work in the same mall, and before my shift, bought $300 worth of stuff out of here. The sneakers I bought hurt during work, worn for 15 minutes, and put back in the box. I just needed a half size larger. I bring them back on my lunch, they tell me they can’t exchange these shoes because they were worn. I explain that I bought these 15 minutes before my shift started, and am here on my lunch. They were only worn for 15 minutes. There was something green on the bottom, looked like playdough. I took it off and tried to exchange them again, they just simple say we aren’t accepting those. So really, don’t spend your money here if there’s any chance you might need an exchange. There’s a foot locker up the escalator."

"First time coming to JD sports and they had a variety of items from sneakers to clothing. There were brands such as Nike, adidas, and Ralph Lauren for both adults and children. My reasoning for the 3 stars is the service, slow and terrible. When requesting sneakers there are screens inside of the store that allow you to see when an associate has put in the order for you, and when they’ll be brought out from the back. I’ve never seen something like this so I thought that was pretty cool. However, when I came it took 30 minutes for the sneakers to come out and the sales associates tend to just disappear. Now as for the check out process the lines are always long the two times I’ve come and the employees are too worried about getting email addresses instead of getting customers out of the store. This store has a lot of potential, but in my opinion the checkout process needs to be more organized."
