"If i could give this store a 0 stars I will give it! Giving 1 star basically for the store and manager not the brand itself. Im an avid fan of lululemon for years. I went to this store 2 weeks ago to return items that has become small for me. They would not even give me store credit when one of the advantage of being a lululemon member is to be able to return with tags, and unused regardless if its marked down. I was begging the manager if I could atleast have a store credit coz i dont care about the money- i just needed change of size. And the manager looked at me with distaste— the look of being racist. The associate whom I interacted was willing to give me credit but this rude blonde manager refused and even told me to exchange it in their program donate lululemon clothes and get a 5$ refund! How can she say that when basically everything i was asking for exchange is new with tags!!!! So i went to lululemon NYC — they exchange my stuff with the size that I wanted. Thank you Lululemon near 5th avenue .Lululemon should hire accommodating employees."

"Lovely store and well organized. However, you guys need to train the staff who are currently working there. They do not have any manners nor customer service experience. I was walking around for quiet sometime and no one approached me to ask if I needed help. I would’ve understood if the store was busy but there were 2 customers and that’s including myself. I walked pass an employee not one time but twice. Also, I want to point out how the staff pick and choose who to greet. The minute a Caucasian man entered the store the employee rushed to greet him. I don’t want to say the store is RACIST nor the staff but they’re definitely not polite at all. I decided to walked out even though I went there to purchase an item. Definitely, would not be coming back. I would rather choose a different location or do an online order. Do better guys!"

"Associates were not friendly at this store. I had a pair of running shorts where the zipper came completely off, and one of the great things about Lululemon is that they will replace defective products. However, at this store, the associate gave me attitude and initially told me she wouldn't do it. I had to ask for the manager, who said "we will only do it this one time for you". Part of the reason people pay $70 for a pair of their shorts is for the service that comes with it, and this store failed at that."
