"Got a reasonable quote, said i’ll do it with them. They asked me to zelle them which was sketchy to me so i asked for a contract day off then I said I would send payment once I get that. Didn’t hear from them for a week and called back to get the contract so ai could pay. They said they are now not available to do it. Now a have to find a new company to get 60 people to an event in 13 days."

"i recently chartered a bus for a group of senior citizens. i have used them many times before, but this time i was very disappointed. i put a lot of time and preparation into these trips and i don't like surprises the day of the trip. i had 55 people, and when i got on the bus there was a broken seat. it was an isle seat and the lady had to crawl under the plastic bags that were all strung together to hold the back of the seat up, to get to her seat. luckily, one person couldn't make it the day of the trip, or i don't know where he would have sat. a lot of seat numbers were missing which caused a lot of confusion. he said if i want a bus that had all the seat numbers, that i would have to request it. are you kidding me?? i also left a big bag of candy under my seat that never made it to the lost & found table. when i called to complain to Quality Coach, he took on a defensive attitude for the lack of attention to details. didn't seem to be too concerned over my displeasure. he brushed it off. said the broken seat was not reported by the last driver. well, somebody knew about it because it was all held up with plastic bags. so i felt compelled to write my first review. i guess the passengers comfort and pleasure are not all that important to quality coach. i never received any apologies for the inconvenience. it takes the quality out of "quality coach"."
