"I went to the Syracuse VA Medical Center today for a neurology appointment with the doctor that's in charge of infusions. I've been trying for months to get restarted on Ocrevus for my PPMS (Primary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis) and was told that she can get me back on it after I stop by the blood lab and have four tests done and as long as they all come back acceptable, she can set up my infusion appointment and my transportation set up and let me know when it will be."
"Came in this morning for many appointments but when it came to having my blood drawn. I’m not afraid of needles at all but already had in my head that I was going to feel the sting, the needle was going to move around to find the vein so I was going to feel pain. To my surprise I had a wonderful person drawing my blood. Her name is Stacy. I didn’t feel the insertion of the needle, she didn’t have to wiggle while inside to find the vein, nor did she have to take it out and try again. Thank you Stacy for making that the best blood drawing ever. Even though you didn’t like the fact that you had to use pink until it was all finished but it didn’t matter. BEST EVER‼️‼️ I really appreciate it and hope you have a blessed career."
"Been coming to the Syracuse VA for 20 years now. Amazing how quickly the time passes. I have not always agreed with my doctors but they have taken very good care of me over the years. Reading the 1 star reviews makes me see just how difficult we vets can be at times and appreciate the VA for handling me the best they could."
