"I won’t buy anything ever again from here. I did an Instacart order from here and these are the molded spinach wraps I received. Yes my shopper should have payed closer attention but the fact these are even on the shelf looking Iike this with an expiration date over 2 weeks away is crazy & I call the store to let her know she’s just like there’s nothing we can do about it at this time but you can come back for an exchange. Unreal if you shop here just throughly check your items because the expiration dates are NOT valid!"

"This store has its "issues" due to location and clientele, but it's convenient and prices are no different than other Tops. But what really irritates me about this store is how people pull up in front in the "No Parking" zone and park rather than use the parking lot. You can't take carts out at this store, so if you have a large order, you need to pull up in front of the store to load it. Almost every time I go to this store lately, there are cars parked the entire length of the pickup area with no room for people to pull up and get their groceries. Are people so lazy they can't walk a few extra feet from the parking lot? No one from the store seems to care about this. So, when I have a "big shop" to do, I'll go elsewhere. I do want to give a shout-out to Mike in the pharmacy. He is the best - remembers my name, knows what I'm there for, will take care of me on the spot. I really appreciate that."

"The product selection and customer service could be better. I’ve met only 1-2 cashiers who were helpful and kind. Carla is the best cashier there. She is patient and I always go to her line."

"The manager on shift who answered my call on the customer service line understood my concern and was helpful with explaining the reasons why garbage from tops was getting into my backyard. I am new to the neighborhood and it started to concern me and didn’t know what to do or who to talk to. Thank you for being understanding and have a good day! - Destini :)"

"Four years ago I gave them a 4 star rating,today they barely got a 2. The meat department needs a training in customer service. They had no chicken and when I asked the "employee" he said what's there is what we have until I cut more... meanwhile they were more concerned about stocking the prepackaged meats like hot dogs, sausage,etc. This was on the 6th of June."
