"This place is great! No other lanes compare. Their customer service is second to none and their building and equipment is kept well and functions well. Their birthday\event party service was perfect for our 14 yr old. He and his friends had a blast. The food was great and again the service was awesome. 2nd time coming for a party and was very pleased. Kudos folks!"

"I wish I could give no stars but since it does not give that option I had to choose something. We will NOT be returning to this establishment EVER again! No one told us that you get charged PER person PER GAME. ended up costing $500 for 6 adults and 3 kids to bowl 4 games. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. Plus shoe rental is separate! Again, RIDICULOUS! The pizza was burnt and the cheese tasted sour. The wings were burnt. The pretzels.. you guessed it... BURNT! lady at the food counter was rude and refused to give a refill on a pitcher of soda after we spent over $100 on all the burnt food she cooked. When trying to dispute the cost and ask why it was so much money for the 4 games we played, the manager was extremely rude and could not explain exactly what the charges were. There was no itemization on the receipt so no way to truly know for sure what I was actually charged for. I asked for a number for corporate and was told "I am the manager what do you need". By the end of our last game the lane glitched and we could not even finish the end of our game properly and we had no assistance as the manager was too busy on his phone and paying no attention. Terrible experience and super disappointing. Will never ever ever ever go back again."

"Went to the bowling alley last night with friends any family for the new years bowl so I thought. Everyone was having fun when I thought to check and make sure that I was getting charged for the right package only to find out that I had almost a 200 dollar bill. The clerk that checked me and my group in was nice a said they weren’t taking resignations for the new years bowl anymore and made it sound to us that we were going to be billed for the package not the case. Not sure if it was a lack of clarification or an error on our part cause my whole group felt and thought the same thing that we were part of the package. When I asked another clerk to tell me where I was price wise since the tab was on my card he proceeded to tell me that they whole time I had been paying per game and was never part of the package. The clerk wasn’t offering to help or say since you been here this long let me just add you in. Both me and my group are regular customers and always spend our money there before going to anywhere else in the city and always participate in the midnight bowl but after last night my group and I all feel that it maybe time for a change"
