"They were 30 minutes to close and still on there A-Game with giving us our hot chocolate. Seems to be a newer location, very well lit at night and a super good Dunkin, one of the better experiences I’ve had."

"When ordered was greeted and felt welcomed. When the order came completely wrong coffee no creamer handed back came back ok but what was not now was cold… ordered 6 donuts they repeated my order back to me if I didn’t open the box would’ve taken home not my donuts… and when I did take them home for the morning… there donuts are like half the size of every Dunkin I’ve ever visited… maybe just an off day will go back as I’m working in the area for a while and my crew and I shop for lunch and things locally every where we are"

"I used the dunkin app to order before i went inside. Coffee was done quickly and to order. The only slightly strange thing was the person placing the drink in the pickup area did not call out the names on the order. So if you were waiting for an order you had to check when a new cup was placed in the pickup area. Not a big deal but slightly annoying."

"Service was terrible. Not a single one of us out of five people got our order without going up to the counter to ask for it after waiting 20 minutes. One of us only received 3 hash browns. Someone didn’t pick up their large drink and one worker poured the drink into a small cup and gave it to us. One worker was on their phone instead of taking orders or fulfilling them. It was so bad I would give it a zero, but I can’t, so I give it a one."
