"Working on 10 hours here. Not a good place. Apparently if a machine is down we the truckers delivering have to wait to get unloaded because whatever they take off the trailer goes straight to the machine. So who knows how long they take to fix something around here. SMH."

"I came to west rock as my first time here and wasn’t too thrilled about my experience here. Yes I got checked in and backed into a dock door within the first 30 mins of being here but once in a dock door started to see and realize why it takes so long for them to get truck in and out of here. I feel or believe if they would unload one truck at a time instead of trying to unload multiple trailer at the same time trucks would be able to leave quicker. The only time they should unload multiple trailers at one time is when they have more than 1 forklift driver doing the unloading. I sat in dock door for over 3 hrs watching 1 forklift driver unload me and 3 trailers at once. Not cool in my opinion."

"First time was here. At least for PU it’s not bad at all. In and out less than 1,5 hours. Paper rolls. Just follow the directions, they will tell you probably door 60 in the speaker - inside was a guy who was too busy with his phone but he did a job. Potholes and dirt but could be worse"

"When you get there you will see a sign that says “WestRock truck pull off right” Do Not Pull Off there !!! Just pass that and make first left turn to the yard and quick first left turn! If you are picking up Roll Stacks pull on the scale number one and you will be instructed from there.. The dude at the check in desk is weirdest man. He doesn’t like to talk and if he says something you cant hear him. He probably thinking that he running the White House and not the Warehouse office. It took couple hrs to load. Didn’t like that place!!!"
