Told me I am giving the run around and they do not need to direct me to anybody including their boss because he doesn't deal with questions like mine. Didn't even start a project with them and the estimators are extremely rude and incompetent. I thought the other reviewers just experienced someone who had a bad day, but twice I have called and was turned away. Hire better staff who aren't rude and turning away customers. Totally wouldn't recommend."
