"I’m not happy with the manner that one of the employees treated us. I was purchasing supplies with friends and we were waiting for the bathroom. It was a long wait, so we sat in some of the chairs at the desks outside the bathroom so we wouldn’t be standing the whole time. I noticed one of the employees standing around and watching us very closely. While we waited, we happened to make conversation and I examined some of the merchandise. I feel this made the employee feel suspicious of us and soon after, the employee called the security guard and I noticed her and the security guard talking about us behind our backs in Spanish, not knowing that I understand Spanish. The security guard then watched us very closely and then asked us to leave the area. Even after this, the employee followed us when one of us went to the water fountain and closed and locked a door, while I was watching her and she avoided eye contact. I felt very uncomfortable and disrespected. The employee should not have spoken behind our backs and if she had a concern about our behavior, she should have properly respected us as paying customers and addressed that concern with us directly, rather than calling security and making us uncomfortable by watching and following us. While most of the staff at this store is nice, I feel disappointed by the behavior of this particular woman."

"the only reason they are getting three stars is because jessica was awesome and super helpful. but my service today was unacceptable. there is a sign at the framing desk that says if you are picking up a completed order head to the cash wrap and waited in line for about 15 min. when i got to the cashier i gave him all my order information. he went to the back and came back and told me i needed to go to the framing desk. i told him that about the sign and he says i know but i can’t help you. i get annoyed but say okay. then go to the framing desk and sophie helps me immediately and walkies someone to help me. while i’m waiting the guy comes back and ask me if i’ve been helped and i said that she walkied someone to get my order and he said “told you i was right” and walked off. that was so ridiculously rude especially since he could have walkied my order in the first place. so just giving a heads up that that is the kind of men that work here."
