"I have found myself here more than I care to talk about. Mainly because usually when end up here, this mean something really went wrong and/or I have an emergency demanding my immediate attention. My last visit was not as pressing, but did involve a very specific to do list. I need the correct lighting solution fast. As with every single of my previous visits, I walked out of the store with exactly what I needed. Five star for the courteous & knowledgeable staff. As well as the excellent selection."

"All the items in this store is overpriced. Especially the garden section the potting soil is twice the price the suggested retail price . The people works in that store has No customer service training . It’s like your in a third world bodega . Everyone is busy on their phone or chatting with each other. It’s already overwhelming in price . They should compensate on being attentive and the staff is lacking on any customer service training. I just hope there is another hardware opens in the area ."
"An AC I bought (Frigidaire) stopped working within 24 hours. I called and told them, and within 15 minutes an employee was at my door. He confirmed that it wasn’t working, told me he’d bring me a new one, and was back 25 minutes later with a replacement. I didn’t have my receipt or anything, but they were fast, easy to deal with, and I now have a functional AC."
"This was my go-to hardware store when I worked in Midtown. If you're doing work on your apartment then odds are they'll have what you need. In particular their selection of 3M strips is great for hanging things up without damaging the wall. There is so much stuff in here though that the main problem here is finding things. The store is not clearly organized at all so you typically need to ask someone where to find things. Doesn't make things quick and easy if you're just trying to grab something. Prices are reasonable for most items which is good. I haven't talked to anyone about advice using an item as I haven't needed to. Guys who work here in the aisles are always friendly, unlike the guys behind the counter who always seem to be in a mediocre mood. Regardless the positives outweigh the negatives, and the selection and pricing alone makes this place worth it."
