"Great experience every time I visit this location, I was assisted by Alexa who was very knowledgeable on the brand and made some great suggestions on care products for construction boots. Even scooped up a brand new pair of 6” black construction Timberland boots. "I went looking for a particular type of boot and was greeted as soon as I stepped inside. I was asked if I needed help a couple of times and the associate was very helpful. I decided on the boot and asked for my size. The wait wasn’t too long. I tried them on, I liked them, and went to checkout. I asked the cashier if they would give me a Veteran’s discount and she did give me a discount so that saved me some money, which is greatly appreciated nowadays. The associates and the manager were very helpful and genuinely kind."
"THEY DIDN’T HAVE TO DO THIS AT ALL!!! First Off…I Am VERY Particular About My Timbs…Especially Constructs (6” Wheat). I Want The Cleanest Pair Available With A Firm Tongue (pause). My Last Pair Still Looks Great After 5 Years But I Want A Fresh Pair. That Being Said; I Purchased A Pair of Wheats 3 Weeks Ago. Once I Got Home, I Compared Them To My Old Pair and The Tan on The New Pair Just Wasn’t Brown Enough to My Liking. I Contacted Timberland & Requested if I Could Trade Them Perhaps For A Darker Pair & I Was Told To “Come In”. When I Arrived in-store The Sales Women Was EXTRA Helpful, She Literally Brought Out 7-8 Pairs & Allowed Me To Filter Through The Best. Even Though The Pair I Walked Out With Wasn’t As Brown As My Current Pair, I Am Totally Satisfied With The Boots & Customer Service. TIMBERLAND REMAINS UNDEFEATED!!!"
