"been going here for the last few weeks, a good handful of times in total, and for whatever reason the owner whose always at the cash register just kinda seems like they hate their life and wants to kill themself. not exactly sure as to why, but they just seem to genuinely hate human beings in general. extremely hilarious if you’re able to look past it, and reading these reviews on my lunch break had me dying for a good 25 minutes, but it’s somewhat sad that someone so negative can be the owner of such an overpriced hardware store. genuinely reminds me of the unabomber, just very thankful he’s not born within the last 20 years or so, more than likely would have been a school shooter. edit like a month or so later: had to come in today again sadly, dude was being condescending and rude once again, weird how he replies to everyone instantly except for me"
"Just came from there right now (12/04/23 10:50am) and I just watched an employee verbally disrespect an elderly woman in front of the owner/Manager who did absolutely nothing at all, it wasn't until I Intervened and got into a verbal dispute with this employee and again the manager did nothing only when he saw that this altercation was gonna to get physical is when he said something, but it wasn't in the customer's interest, it was in favor of the employee that was out of control, rude, unprofessional, and extremely disrespectful! I shop there because my company has a contract with them otherwise I wouldn't shop with them! And I don't recommend anyone to patron this business!"
"Terrible experience. The two male employees were unprofessional and incredibly rude, including using foul language and mocking customers. This was my 2nd time here, and during my previous visit I witnessed one of the employees berate an elderly customer who was looking to return an item. Shop elsewhere."
"Called to see if this buisness had some resistors for sale. The rep on the phone said “I do not think we do” he checked with someone and came back to confirm that they don’t. The phone wasn’t clear and I asked again if they do. Very rudely the other rep said “NO NO WE DONT NO. THE ANSWER IS NO”. I didn’t understand why he was rude and aggressive. I also never leave negative reviews. But that attitude was uncalled for, I do not appreciate it. We all have jobs to do and I understand some days are harder than others, but kindness is free"
