"Kerry at the front desk made me feel like part of the family as soon as I walked in, lending me a chair and asking what I was doing in town. Great service, clean rooms, indoor heated pool with jacuzzi, and free breakfast!"

"Beware of the rooms on the 2nd floor above the lobby. Loud music is played outside beginning in the afternoon until late at night and you can hear it in the room even with the TV on. When the AC is on it muffles it somewhat but you can still hear a drum beat. Really odd experience. I finally called the front desk the first night at about 10 pm and asked does the music ever get turned off? She said she wasn't supposed to turn it off but agreed that it was too loud and that she would turn it off and fortunately- she did. But who is the manager who insists on such an unpleasant/unaccomodating policy? Have stayed at Hampton Inns before elsewhere and this was not a good experience. Will not stay here again."

"Shout out to Hope and Mary!!! We came to Cooperstown and got issues with our first hotel. These two wonderful ladies went way and beyond to accommodate us! The room we got was clean, and excellent. Great breakfast and above all - the best service one could wish. If you are in the Cooperstown / Oneonta area, do your self a favor and check the Hampton Inn Oneonta. Highly recommended"

"This place is amazing, it’s about a mile off the interstate, there is food delivery (mostly pizza joints) that deliver to the hotel. The Staff are absolutely amazing and super accommodating, we needed to book a last minute room with our cat, and they were able to get us in with no issues. The rooms are immaculately cleaning and very well stocked compared to other hotels i’ve stayed at, and beds are very comfortable. They also serve breakfast in the am, I was not there for breakfast but it is available, they also have like a selection of different food and drinks downstairs you can purchase. There was plenty of parking outside the building and also a lot of shaded spots too, (which is amazing during a heat wave). If I am in the area again and need a place to stay I will 110% go back to this place."

"I stayed at the Hampton Inn, in Oneonta, New York, a few days ago. My stay was terrific. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were terrific. I'd like to thank Kerry, at the front desk, for her hospitality and friendly demeanor. After a 5+ hour drive from Massachusetts, it was so very appreciated. She's a 5-star player ! That's the type of staff/customer interaction that brings guests back."
