"First time @ this particular dealership. I’m disabled and was unable to detail my vehicle myself as I would usually would. I had the chance to get my vehicle detailed in the near past and it didn’t go well. First, the car was washed, not dried and tires/ rims weren’t even rinsed off. Second time(same day). Washed body/rims& tires this time; it wasn’t dried off. Third time it was dried off and brought it to the service manager attention and he was taken that someone would complain. This was done in November. I gave them a second chances to “keep a customer “ when I tried to make another appointment for detailing and was told to wait until the end of the service day before I could make apt. Basically denied me any further car washes. This process in my eyes is a direct reflection of the service manager and his inability to manage the employee, who’s cleaning vehicles. This reviews was solely based on my (1) visit. Due to this particular visit, I will not do business with this dealership for future sales or service. Hope this helps others seeking an opinion from a prior customer. P/s - I have worked @ a car dealership in the past; detailing loaners, owners & shuttle vehicles along with property management for 3 of the dealerships sister brand( Kia Saturn & Chevrolet) & bank & Dmv runs also driving vehicle for mechanics to pass inspection all while keeping the garage cleaned on daily basis. Our csi index was spectacular. I’ve been to other Honda dealerships that will beg customers for scores of 100 or 5 stars prior to even serving your vehicle. Which is bizarre."
