After having numerous stressful experiences at other ford and Chevy dealerships; I decided to give country club a try. Andrew T., Dave, Alexis and the rest of the team at country club made me feel genuinely right at home from the very first time I walked through the door. They were very helpful in learning my wants and needs when it came to making the decisions on purchasing my new truck. They were easy to communicate with and personable and made the whole process an absolute breeze. "Went here a year ago looking for a truck to buy. They hadn't received any yet, so I looked around in other locations. They called me to let me know that they had gotten one in stock. I went to go check it out. They were extremely pushy and rude. I told them what I could do monthly but still pushed for more. I spent about an hour or so there and decided not to bother just because of their rudeness and pushing so much. I head out and get into my truck, and they come out to try to get me to get a different truck that would have been cheaper. I ended up going to scoville meno in bainbridge, NY, because they were understanding and not pushy in anyway. I got the vehicle I wanted for the monthly price I could afford too. I will never go here again. I will drive further away if I have to."

Additionally, when we couldn't get everything set up with OnStar because I didn't have a password with me, he came to my house and finalized everything the very next morning.
