"The need was for a window air conditioner. We started looking at A/C units in the front of the store and an employee asked if we needed help. We showed him a picture with info for the unit we wanted. He assisted us in finding what we wanted. There was a bit of a glitch with paying, but it was worked out with some assistance."

"Got some wood. Gonna make skis out of a couple pieces. The employees here often ask me if I preferred working for the Home Depot. I shoot them straight and tell them to keep working for the devil they know because Home Depot cheated me out of all of my accrued vacation days. They should be ashamed. It's why I only shop at Lowe's anymore.. seems like Lowe's gotta take better care of their help, too - though."

"Went into Lowe’s today to purchase joist jacks. The jacks found were standing in a section labeled with the appropriate description. The labeled price was $109, but rang up as 145. False advertisement. The manager was called over and refused reconcile the situation of their false advertisement/price label. Unprofessional and rude tone. The mislabeled price cost me an additional $160. Do your jobs! There wasn’t even a shelf spot or label for this item. No price mark anywhere to identify these items. Absolutely terrible."
