"My dog is not one of the easiest to work with, and Nicole was so patient and kind with him. She demonstrates a high level of understanding both of dog behaviors and grooming techniques. She is knowledgeable, friendly, and appears to truly care about the pets she works with. She has a customer for life here. We ended up needing to split my grooming appointment into two visits, which isn’t what i had planned, but she helped me understand the need for my dog to feel comfortable with her and get used to her (my dog has had a couple traumatic grooming experiences in the past).
