"For as apartments go, this place keeps to it's self as much as it can. I see that most everyone could get along. A section 8 fair housing lender. The most major down faults is if you don't have a vehicle and you walk to bus, then you have to be in pretty good shape and if you get a top floor apartment then you better be in great shape."
"I'm not sure you can eat orcas, but they will try to get you to watch the kids and stuff. I dont recommend that you do that."
"Really good it's no removal they're pretty good at keeping the riff rack out they did a lot of improvements over the years Sam and Jennifer are awesome landlords they're going to work with you through hard times with their few times I love it they will play around and I've recommend others rent from them too right next to the school"
