Location has extremely easy access to the airport. But there are not many restaurants/bars in the direct vicinity. Overall, it is a very nice hotel."
"I was in Juneau for the first time for work for a few days. I chose this hotel because it was dog friendly and I would absolutely choose them again. Above everything else, I greatly appreciated that the clerk never said my room number out loud. As a five foot tall female traveling alone, that meant a lot. Good location near the airport, with restaurants, convenience stores, and some shopping within walking distance if you need to stretch your legs. The room was nice. Comfortable, spacious, and clean. I appreciated the black face towel for makeup removal even though I did not wear makeup. The hallways seem to be vacuumed multiple times a day. Every common area I saw seemed freshly cleaned every day. Staff was friendly. My dog has happy. I was happy."
"Do not stay here if you have no transportation!!!!!!!!! I booked this hotel thinking I could at least get a taxi to take me here after I got back from the mine site I was working at but no taxi service would answer the phone. I tried to tell the manager at this hotel I could not get a ride and they had no shuttle service to pick me up. They refused to cancle my room due to the 24 hour cancelation policy even though they knew I had no way to get there. I had to book another room at a hotel with a shuttle and they took my $200 for the nights room. This place sucks!!! Do not stay here if you have no transportation!!!!"
