My tips? 1) Use the website to figure out what's in stock before you go; 2) if you need help, flag someone -- anyone -- down and they'll be able to at least phone in the proper associate; and 3) if you're in a time crunch, stop at the paint section first so you can shop while your paint is mixing."
"I have spent a LOT of time here over the last 10 years. There is so much potential for this store and it’s frustrating to see it not be the best it can be for employees and shoppers alike. There are a few staff that are just downright deceptive, hate their jobs and avoid eye contact if it means they’ll need to speak with you, and then their are some absolute gems that will go out of their way to make sure you find what you’re looking to purchase and actually follow through with calling you back as promised. You never know what to expect…but it’s still my first stop before I bother with any of the other hardware stores if that tells you anything."
