"No hot water for showers, no compensation. Was told to let it run until it gets hot, which never happens. Long unplanned expensive week in Juneau due to delayed ferry...now add stinky to expense."

"I thought everyone from management Lenny, front desk Maria, and housekeeping Thadius did a great job of making me feel at home, they were sweet people and I highly recommend this stay to anyone on a budget traveling."

"Conveniently located very near the airport. The hotel is dated. The kitchenette in the room is small but they do offer a couple plates and utensils. They do not have any sort of breakfast and the on-site restaurant is closed. There was lots of yelling in the parking lot directly outside of my room at two separate times during one night of my stay."

"Very close to airport and super convenient to other places. Staff was kind enough to let us check in early. Beds are like laying on wooden boards however. Very lumpy and hard. Room was clean but throughout hotel was a musty damp smell. They advertised a pool and hot tub with restaurant. Guess what no pool, hot tub, or restaurant. All of it was shut down. Very misleading. Probably won't stay here again."

"I never leave reviews but I was so disappointed with our stay. After landing at the airport, we called for the shuttle and they put us on hold for 20 minutes. Van was falling apart with nonfunctioning seatbelts. driver was nice tho! One of the front desk ladies was so rude to our party. I wish I had caught her name.. but if you stay there, you’ll know!!! They “could not find our reservation” for over 30 minutes. We had 2 small children that were exhausted from traveling all day and we just wanted in our room. Eventually we asked another worker and she found it immediately.. suspicious enough. The First lady insisted we had to make a new reservation since the party member who made the reservation wasn’t present yet. Made us make a new one and charged a second card, after I told her our first was already charged. I heard her tell the party in front of us and after us that they couldn’t find the reservation either. Not sure if this was some sort of scheme to charge more with new reservations or what. I asked about the shuttle dropping us off downtown and she basically told me their last run was at 5:00 and it was full. I went back down stairs later in the evening and saw the shuttle come and go many times taking other guests well past 5! Rooms were clean enough I guess.. but I definitely wasn’t impressed. Lobby was stinky and damp smelling Will not be staying again, ever. Front desk needs to learn some manners and they need new computers made in this century"
