"My experience at Incline Terrace Apartments has been nothing short of disappointing. I can't emphasize enough how unreliable and unresponsive the management here is. It's been a constant battle trying to get any form of assistance or even a simple response from them. One of the most infuriating issues is the mishandling of packages. It seems like they have a knack for losing or misplacing residents' packages, and even worse, they hold them hostage until odd hours of the night for pick-up. It's as if they have no regard for our convenience or security. The problem is so bad I've personally resorted to having packages held at location whenever possible. Furthermore, the decline in amenities is truly disheartening. The amenities that used to be a highlight of this community have dwindled away, leaving residents with far less than what we signed up for. It feels like a bait-and-switch situation. After speaking to the HOA concerning the issue they have no ETA on when amenities such as the pool and exercise room will be back. The best response I received was that they may be back within a few years which seems doubtful. To make matters worse, they have a habit of showing up at random times without any prior communication. This complete lack of respect for residents' privacy and schedules is both infuriating and unacceptable. It's as if they have no consideration for the people who live here. They tend to blame residents for not being available 24/7 when the simple solution is to give the residents a call, email, or text instead of randomly showing up. In short, if you value your peace of mind and expect a reasonable level of service and amenities, I strongly advise looking elsewhere. The frustration and disappointment of dealing with this management are not worth it. One star is generous given the current state of affairs at Incline Terrace."
"Maintenance man was awful. Would literally yell across the parking lot at you. Never helpful. They only let you get your mail at 2, 15 minute increments, in which half the time they don’t even show up. The traxx is loud, but expected. We got accused of throwing a mattress away the first week we moved in. Why would we bring a mattress across the the US to just throw away, I don’t know?"
"I’m sad to leave this honest review because I lived at Incline Terrace between 2017 and 2021. Before going further I would say if David Tanner is still the president of the HOA run away fast. I thought Dave would be a good owner because of his position, but upon me moving out leaving the unit in pristine condition and having video evidence of the move out process, Dave is claiming that I owe additional money. This man violated 24 hour notice policies on multiple occasions and is known for harassing tenants. If this was known to me at the time I would look anywhere else. I will update this review as the situation develops. Be safe. Avoid at all costs unless you want Dave in your apartment at night. Buy extra locks. Further, two of the three buildings have burnt down in the past 12 years. It’s unlikely they have solved any problems with this issue. I was told that they had improved fire safety upon my move in in 2017. I was lucky I didn’t die in the most recent 2021 fire. Update: after a few days of additional attempts at contacting David Tanner, he has yelled at the staff of Incline Terrace telling them to but out of his business. As he is the board president and he has effectively their boss, he has final say. Most definitely avoid renting from Incline Terrace as neither the apartment manager nor other staff seem to have any effect at keeping residents safe. Since my additional post, I have been contacted by a few other residents that rent from him. A woman mention she found him in her apartment at night. Be on high alert if you MUST to rent here."
"Parking is an absolute nightmare! Each tenant is supposed to get their own spot but I was NEVER able to park in the spot I paid for! I would call and let them know that someone was in my spot and they would just leave a note on their car? What’s that going to do? Nothing? This place is overpriced for how rundown it is and management isn’t the best. When we moved in we had problems with our unit that they said they would fix but a year later and they still didn’t fix it. The only good thing about this place is the view. And that’s only if your porch is facing west."
"This place is only good for location. Honestly, the rooms in building C on the lower floor will give you a hard time. You literally feel and hear the train pass all the time. Also, the buildings plumbing is pretty old. I had carpet in my kitchen, which is weird. The landscaping is nice, but when it comes to building maintenance...well that's a different story. For the past few days I had to go to the second floor because the first floor door knob hasn't been repaired. The security systems will get you frustrated after awhile because you can find yourself waiting outside because they fobs don't work. Fuller Ave has a crap load of pot holes. For the residents, well depending on you location you could either have a quiet neighbor or people stomping at 2:00 am! Your liking depends solely on how the owner treats you. This place is okay, but it needs to be updated."
