"My experience at the AC hotel in downtown SLC was fantastic. The lounge exuded an edgy atmosphere, and the front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The rooms were modern and immaculately clean, which I loved. Plus, its proximity to excellent restaurants, malls, and entertainment options made it even better. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to all friends and family!"

"We stayed here for one night while in town for a Utah Jazz game. It is a 10 minute walk to the arena. Not bad! You do have to pay for parking even though you stay at the hotel. The rooms are really nice. The bed and pillows are comfy and cozy. They do have a water station that is great. Ice and water in carafe's. We had a room with a view and it was so nice! There is breakfast in the morning. They gave us one free breakfast with a voucher but had to pay $18 for the other person. We really enjoyed our stay!"

"What a great hotel, service was great, very clean hotel. Parking was easy, water was hot and bathroom all drained good. Good gym , excellent breakfast, breakfast was phenomenal, bar was great. Just a great hotel."

"Don’t stay here with pets. They say they are pet friendly, but I was charged $200 for a pet cleaning fee when I did not leave anything unclean, and paid the $50 pet fee up front. They were not able to give any specifics of what needed cleaning or why the fee was charged when I called. Housekeeping is obviously going to have to vacuum, wash sheets, and empty trash - this isn’t a $200 fee situation, it’s their everyday job. I’ve stayed there 5-6 times with my pets before and never had a problem. I will never stay there again and now have to dispute this on my credit card."

"Our room was fine for a night, but this was not as good as other AC Hotels that we’ve stayed before. This property could upgrade its worn towels, but the overall impression of the common area and the room was pleasant. We’d booked a room with city view and got a room on the fifth floor with a view of the next building and it’s parking lot, technically it had a “city” view, but wish we had a better view. The $18 breakfast buffet was fine, but it could’ve use more fresh fruits and a working espresso machine. The staff was friendly and service was fine. There’s plenty of street parking right out front and the rate was reasonable. The location was good with many restaurants within walking distance. I would recommend Carson’s Kitchen right next door for some culinary delights. There were a lot of convention goers in the hotel, but it was still considered very quite and orderly and we had a good night of rest after a long drive."
