"Manager Nelson made the potential leasing process awkward. Communication was great at first. Then, one day I called to inquire about an email I sent that was not responded to. My calls immediately went to voicemail. I tried from another number, and the calls went through. Meaning - I was blocked. All this after I simply asked about the pricing since he greatly warned me about the volume of noise at the apartment he was offering me, and if window air conditioning units were included. This is consistent with other applicants (see reviews below). Just an odd way of doing business!"

"Scored a great 1-bedroom here. Having a friend living here I was sold when visiting and wanted to get in when one opened up. Updated double pane window was nice and new hallway carpet. Its nice to have off-street parking. For downtown living you cant beat the price considering Salt lake City is experiencing a building boom and prices just keep going up."
