"They updated everything but there isn’t any comfortable furniture! The fridge is so noisy because it’s on a hard floor. Service was friendly but very slow. My room had a 30 year old toilet it took 10 min to fill. It’s clean and ok for the price"
"Decent location and reasonably clean amenities, but some of the worst service that's ever been inflicted upon myself and my wife. And one staff member in particular needs to be singled out for his horrendous behaviour and borderline psychotic tendencies. The chubby, balding bloke in the glasses at the front desk is an absolute grot who under no circumstances should be employed in a public-facing position. This pig was rude, condescending and even outright aggressive towards my heavily pregnant wife - a woman much smaller than him - who simply wanted assistance with the malfunctioning wifi. She felt threatened by this thug, who shouted at her, invaded her personal space, and spluttered in her face to the point she felt it was a health risk. Like all bullies, this prick almost burst into tears and started ranting and raving about being a victim when I politely, yet firmly, told him not to speak to my wife in such a manner. During my stay at the Radisson I witnessed this wannabe tough guy demeaning and belittling other customers on a rwgular basis. Maybe he's going through a tough time at home, perhaps he has issues with substance abuse, but under no circumstances should this clown be allowed to negatively impact the experiences of paying guests. My wife was left in tears after her encounter with this maniac, and I feel like it's only a matter of time until this creep is responsible for a more serious incident. If this dog treats a pregnant woman in such a disrespectful way, how will he treat an elderly customer, a disabled person, trans foll, or a person of colour? Please, management, this menacing, oafish chubby check-in man can't be allowed to destroy the experiences of further customers. I'm not usually one to advocate for people losing their jobs for gross misconduct, but if Radisson cares a scrap about their customers, this grub will be escorted out the front door, kicking and screaming, by a couple of burly security guards. Thinking about coming here? Pack your pepper spray, you might need it."
"This hotel was very clean. I appreciate the hardwood floors. The staff was very kind and helpful with every interaction I had. I only ate in the restaurant once but I wish I had eaten more because I think it was actually better than some places nearby. Great hotel if you are going to to the convention center!"
"Great experience with staff. Hotel lobby under construction but they do a good job cleaning for the most part. My only complaint is that the construction debris is stored in parking garage and I ended up getting a flat on my rental car as a result. The staff was very accommodating and as a result I will stay here again and think it is a good place to stay in Salt Lake. Hot tub great after a hard day of skiing"
"We stayed here while we attended the tabernacle Choir Christmas concert. The closeness to Temple square made it easy to access. We have a family of six and thought we were getting a room with two beds and a couch. It turns out that all of their rooms only have two beds or a single king. They did offer extra bedding for the floor but that never showed up. They do offer a breakfast at the restaurant but you have to pay for it. The views were spectacular and the customer service was above average and well done. They do offer free parking as a guest in the parking garage as opposed to a $22 a day fee if you are a gold, platinum , or diamond rewards member with Choice Hotels. The pool is average size for a hotel, but the weight room was pretty cool. They are currently undergoing a remodel but it did not affect our stay at all."
