"Would love to give The Stack five stars because I love the staff and have enjoyed living here. They’re very helpful and are always on top of things. The amenities are really nice and units are great, too. However, construction projects seem to never end. They have run past their initial end date of September 2023 - construction is still ongoing and we’re now moving into February with no end in sight. Although when you sign a lease you are required to sign an addendum acknowledging that there may be construction going on, I’ve been very surprised that we are still charged full price for rent when there are constant disturbances, messes, and construction workers need to enter our units. Lots of construction noise, construction workers leave trash on property, and projects are never finished by their end date. I wouldn’t recommend moving here until construction is finished, but once it is I think these apartments will be incredible."

"Residents pay $50+/month for a parking spot. And due to recent construction, they make half the people park across the street for 3 weeks, and we STILL have to pay the monthly parking fee. Ridiculous. Terribly managed apartment complex."

"The management here have done an incredible job of managing the challenging construction issues. The amenities are awesome and communication from management could not be better. I’ve never had a maintenance issue take more than a day to resolve. Great place to rent!"

"So far this has been a great place to live! The amenities are beautiful, though some are still under construction. And as almost all apartments with shared walls, you can hear almost everything your neighbors do. It's not the worst I've lived with but you'll definitely hear them if that's a concern for you. The views from the entire building are stunning and the sunsets are unbeatable from the west side! Property management and maintenance have all been great to work with. Overall I'm happy with my decision to rent here."
