Martin Manor Apartments

"I recently moved in a few months ago and this apartment complex has been nothing but headaches and trouble for me and my girlfriend. The apartment was supposed to be "brand new" with new appliances and new flooring etc but what we got instead was stained floors that were never cleaned that still have paint on them, a broken bathroom fan, heater, and fire alarm, and a management company that can't seem to respond to tickets or requests. Half of our cupboards don't even close properly (which we were told would be fixed when we first moved in) and our fridge has 2 large dents as the contractors moved the fridge in. Inside our apartment there are bubbles in the ground as whoever laid the flooring didn't properly level it. Not only that but there is a shared Washer/Dryer for the complex that was broken into a few weeks ago and the dryer was destroyed, yet it is STILL not replaced. They refuse to clean up the garbage around the complex and the contractors leave dirt, nails, and other stuff all around the grass. We even saw one throw food out on the lawn. If you value your money and your time, move elsewhere. This has by far been one of the worst experiences. Never again with Concept Property Management."
