"Thankfully the horrid Densley has been kicked out. The new management seems to be doing a great job. (they were very nice when I broke my building fob) As for the building, it's fairly old for sure but still is fine for going to college for a couple years. Can't get much closer to U of U after all. Overall it's good enough. Not amazing, not terrible, but the location is great."
"We rented one of the units in this apartment from Densley Development and lived there for three months. Out of that three months, we lived in freezing cold temperatures for a month because the thermostat was broken, and they did not repair it. Instead, they gave us two heaters to live in 0 F temperature. The unit was full of bugs and cockroaches, many items in the unit were broken, and the monthly utility was too high (they did not mention that before the contract). Besides, they refused to return our deposit 50 days after our move-out, and they listed a bunch of unnecessary work on the unit (the unit was in great shape when we moved out) to take all of our deposit (it was $2200). I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND RENTING FROM DENSLEY, EVEN TO MY WORST ENEMY."
