Maintenance is awesome and fixes issues faster than any other place I have lived. The building is secure and the amenities are awesome. Management is constantly updating and maintaining the property. Will definitely be renewing my lease."

"I have lived here for nearly two years now and just keep extending my lease! I absolutely love living so close to everything downtown, there’s bars, gas stations, and grocery stores all within walking distance and most music venues are within a 5-8 minute drive. The staff is truly some of the sweetest and most kind people I have ever met when it comes to being a tenant within in a space. Rosa, the complex manager works tirelessly to ensure that everyone is as happy and satisfied with their living spaces as humanly possible. Anytime I’ve had an in-unit issue, the maintenance team has made strides to fix it. Truly if it wasn’t for all I mentioned above, I likely wouldn’t have extended my lease and decided to look elsewhere."

"I researched over 35 different apartments for rent in the area and this was my top choice. Management is really great about making sure my needs are met, inquiring if there’s anything that they can improve upon and anytime I need some thing fixed maintenance is prompt and responsive. I love the amenities, including the hot tub, the newly renovated community room with two TVs, a pool table, and a full kitchen, the gym is fantastic and yes, parking is a little expensive, but it’s in a secure location out of the elements. So far, this is really a great place to live!"
