"Please do not put yourself in my position now by renting here. A policy of non disclosure about insects ,bacteria and different owners every year at a 15% inflation rate every year. In order to protect the public I was forced to leave everything I owned there to prevent contamination. After a brutal protocol of living ,Just to leave the building for groceries. And not to mention fencing you in . Run for the hills! I also have documented everything in paper proof of my claims. Seriously don’t rent here or sign anything!"
"Pauline building is well kept. The pristine antique decor carries its luster to be remembered .many tenants that place bad reviews were bad customer tenants .... The beauty it beholds is for the eyes. Of great tenants who wish to savor its history of downtown historic meaning of VALUE .. OUR STAFFING ... Enhances more VALUE within our tenants"
"While you're in an area that's close to everything -city creek, restaurants, grocery stores; I would not live here. The apartments have the historical charm, but need a major update. They are not clean, and your walls are thin. You can even hear your neighbor cough. There's constantly plumbing issues and homeless digging through the dumpsters as you walk to your car. We even had some break in a few months ago and were living in the boiler/laundry room. Syringes, and jars filled with urine everywhere. The worse thing is that there are ROACHES. Yes, we get the bug guy in every month to spray but that does nothing. I can't wait to move out this month."
"Quite except for squeaky floor. Clean except for common areas and fire escape. Bums and Shady characters abound. Managment will lock you in and hang you by contract if you let them. Really sweet location but kidy corner on other side of block is better quality and pricing. Buildings made in 1890. Old. Smelly. Outdated."
"DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! It is a SCARY place to live. There is a large drug operation happening on the property and I wake up several times a week to fights going on outside my building. Last week, I walked out of my apartment (which is on the third floor and at the end of the hallway) and there was a person obviously high and out of control right outside the door to my apartment. Also, the management company is horrible. They do not respect their tenants and if you move here you will not be treated well."
