"Horrible place to live, they tried to keep my deposit of $500 by claiming I had a $400 dollar utility bill. I paid every month on time and when I asked the manager Dean to explain he said “yeah I saw that, I thought that I was weird, but yeah it’s a utility charge”. He stopped responding to emails and I had to get regional management involved before it finally got cleared up and they explained that it was not a utility charge like the manager was trying to claim but “back rent” that also didn’t apply to me. Went months without maintenance, and found out from the manager Dean after trying to get the lock on my door fixed for months, that we didn’t have maintenance at the moment and rather than fixing themselves, they decided to ignore maintenance requests. Finally moved out when they were doing constant renovations, which removed access to amenities, but still tried to raise rent even though we were all living in construction. Management was horrible. Felt like pulling teeth to get a straight answer on anything and had to reach out to regional management multiple times to even get anything cleared up. The manager Dean refused to give me contact information for regional management over and over until I found them online myself."

"Just want to follow up. The facility (PCA Salt Lake City) next to us is generating a tremendous amount of noise all night, causing the neighborhood to have trouble sleeping. I reported to SLC county but no one followed up."

"My experience at the 360 Apartments has been FIVE STAR! The maintenance staff is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. All repairs have been done quickly and correctly. The management has been nothing but helpful, in the process of moving in and the process of getting the leased signed; from helping to find the right model of apartment, as well as good, fair people skills. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to live in Salt Lake City. The workout room is large and functional and the views are awesome. It’s convenient being so close to everything downtown, as well as the freeway entrance. Great Experience!"

"Very nice place to stay. We’ve been here for a year now and were happy to renew our lease. Comments have been made about the homeless all over. They have been moved to a new shelter south of the city. The staff has been great. The complaints about the building (ie elevator, garage gates, etc) is all related to the original owners. The current owners and staff have spent a lot of time and effort in upgrading systems but it all takes money. Speaking of cost. Yes there are cheaper options but none of them are as safe or a perfect location to all that downtown has to offer. One must weigh their options. We for one, plan on staying a while."
