"The office here is never open! Emily the office mananger is never here. If you see the light on or the blinds on she is here. This is to be a gated community but everyone leaves the doors open. My car was burgulized 7 days ago. I asked maintentance and managment for the security futage 7 days ago so that I could give the information to the police. I was told the futage was not available. No police report or futage was ever sent. If you want to live next to a bridge with junkies this this that place for you!! Club house has not been open since I moved in. Due to COVID? Due to lack of staff to open the door. Just being henest. Update: I moved out and spent several days cleaning my apartment. When you move out you can expect $500 in cleaning. Don't expect much of your security deposit back. Emily also charged me a late fee because she could not calculate my partal months rent in time. She would not return phone calls when I asked what the partial payment amout was but when I received my partial deposit back she charged me a late fee of $120. I will never live there again!!!!!!!"

"Tenfifteen Apartments was my home from 2019-2021 and my only reason for moving out was relocation to another state. I always felt so comfortable there. The building itself is clean, well-maintained, and safe. My one-bedroom unit was spacious and oh-so comfortable. The in-unit appliances (dishwasher, microwave, fridge, oven, and WASHER & DRYER) were all so nice and modern. Granite countertops... Barn doors... Natural wood cabinets... Tons of closet space... What's not to love?! Trash chutes make taking out the trash so easy. The gated parking lot is so worth it for extra security. The building was always quiet and the residents are all respectful. The location of the building is prime for easy access to downtown SLC, highways to head up the canyons, and there are parks nearby. I haven't even gotten to the best part! Emily, the property manager, is so accommodating and helpful! Every single time that I needed help with something, Emily came thru. She is so on top of it and loves her job and the residents. She helped making the move in and out less stressful. 5 stars for an epic place to live!"

"I've lived here since Jan. 2020 and I absolutely LOVE it here. Very peaceful all of my neighbors I've come across have always been so nice. But most importantly Emily has been beyond wonderful, especially during these current times I couldn't have asked for a better Leasing Manager. The property itself is very well taken care of. Emily always makes sure it is clean and smells wonderful. Maintenance has always been great and super efficient. I love the clubhouse even though I only had the chance to enjoy it once before COVID hit it was a super nice thing to have. Mail room is nice as well with a recycling bin for all those wasteful ads you get in the mail. The units itself are a nice size I lease a 1B1B just the right amount of space you need. Um did I mention full size Washer and Dryer???? Probably one of my favorite features besides the bathtub. All in All 10/10 would recommend!"

"Hard to give a review about a property when everything that you have to say is more than 5 stars. I've lived here for about 6 months, and have had no issues at all. Maybe one slight issue but Emily has always been quick to respond and proactive in taking care of the issue until resolved. Other building issues get resolved in a manner of its importance. If you live in an apartment complex you are bound to have different issues that may not even affect you directly, however if you report building issues you can be certain that Emily will look into it immediately during normal and appropriate business hours. It may be close to downtown and there may be a little homeless issue but that makes no difference of where you live. I lived near liberty park before moving here, there was a homeless man in the carport every morning when I left for work. Everything that I love about my unit: high ceilings, open floor plan, plenty of square footage for a 1 bed/1 bath, brand new appliances (including gas stove), granite countertops, concrete floors (I live on the ground floor)... need I say more!!!!! PS: If you are looking to live here, I wouldn't pay to much mind to the negative review that is on here. If he wanted to have a perfect living space then he should probably build a house on a farm with a bubble around it."

"1015 is such a great place to live! Anytime there is an issue, Emily is quick to handle it and has always been on top of communicating with us. Finding an apartment that offers a gas stove is so difficult and we were so glad when we found this place. We were the first people to move in and completely obsessed over the barn doors. We continuously choose to live downtown knowing that the homeless population is everywhere and there is nothing that can be really done. Our last apartment didn't have control access like here. The fact that they have locking doors and everyone has to use a key fob is AMAZING and helps SOOOO much! We love our home and have made some awesome friendships with some neighbors."
