The maintenance team is also so quick to resolve any issues on the property and as well within your unit. This place is amazing."

"I have lived in a lot of different apartment complexes over the last 10 years and these ones were by far my favorite! They take great care of the grounds, the buildings are well built and have great insulation so you don’t hear the neighbors much, the office staff were always kind and handled any issues quickly and easily. The maintenance team genuinely deserves an award! The absolute best maintenance guys! They always came within a day of my request and were so nice and great at their job! This was the only apartment I’ve ever been sad to leave."

"I lived here for a year and I'd consider the apartments to be below average-average. The appliances are outdated and the old carpet needs to go. There are many deep potholes, broken outdoor lights, and other things that need to be repaired or replaced so it seems like the CAM fee is taken every month but never actually used. The maintenance guys are great, I put a work order in for my AC and they came within 2 hours to fix it. The one bedroom apt I had should be $100-200 cheaper for what it offers. This apartment complex isn't great but it isn't terrible either. There is a small pool and workout equipment which is standard for apartments. If you can afford $100-200 more in rent, I suggest renting elsewhere. If you can't, then this would be an okay apartment to rent. P.S. This location is kind of sketchy too, so be careful when you're walking around!"

"Neighbors are friendly and quiet. The pool is kept clean and grounds are regularly mowed and trimmed. The units are older, so little things do need maintenance but Jo, Alejandra, and Tyrone do their best to get any issues taken care of quickly. Beautiful large windows and even a fireplace! Rent is so expensive these days, but for the market, this is a pretty good deal, especially for 2bed 2bath! Good access to the freeway, and UTA busses go by right out front."

"This is a great and affordable place to live right outside of downtown! Apartments have lots of natural light and spacious balconies. Office staff are very responsive and easy to work with on any issues you have. Not much to complain about except that the gate is inconvenient when you want to have friends over. Not a big deal. Overall decent place to live :)"
